Dear Graduating Students,
With the recent announcement of postponement of the 2020 Commencement Ceremony, we understand that there may be questions and concerns regarding acquiring regalia, and what to do in the event that you purchased a Grad Pack during our March Grad Fair.
Given the circumstances, the Bookstore is willing to process refunds for regalia for those individuals who purchased it as part of their Grad Pack. In order to receive this refund, please send a copy of your Grad Pack register receipt to email@example.com. As some University services have been curtailed at this time, there may be delays in processing refunds, but know that we will do so as soon as we are able. Any grad accessories that were purchased during Grad Fair will need to be returned in person upon the future re-opening of the store.
For those who still would like to receive regalia as part of their Grad Pack, we will proceed with those orders as requested. We will plan on making regalia available during the same distribution window once business resumes. If we are unable to open our doors during our currently scheduled distribution dates (May 4 through May 22), we will make other arrangements for individuals who still need regalia.
We will continue to monitor the situation and determine how best to proceed with ordering and distribution of regalia. Planning will rely largely on the date of the rescheduled Commencement. Updates and details will be provided as we re-evaluate in this ever-changing situation.
