Jostens Regalia Orders
Cap and gown orders need to be placed online. Information about when the site will open and closed for orders will be available soon. Regalia orders placed by the deadline will arrive in time for the Commencement ceremony. Regalia rented online will come with instructions to print a prepaid UPS return label to make sending your regalia back to Jostens easy. Please hang on to your shipping box to mail back your regalia.

Guest Tickets
Renting regalia through the Jostens website or through the SFSU Bookstore will qualify you to receive up to seven (7) Commencement tickets. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the SFSU Bookstore beginning May 7, 2027. You can have someone else pick-up your tickets or regalia if needed. Have them bring a copy of your student ID and regalia order confirmation to the SFSU Bookstore ticket pick-up and let the staff there know you are picking up on a graduating student’s behalf.
Graduates do not need a ticket to enter as long as you are wearing SFSU regalia rented through Jostens for the 2027 Commencement. You need one ticket for every person entering Oracle Park with the exception of children younger than 2.
