Oracle Park is an accessible event space. This page includes information to help make your Commencement experience as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
From here you can request specialized seating accommodations with a deadline of May 10, 2024. Each request will be evaluated to best accommodate the person in need. Once the request is made you will receive a response within 14 days.
Reserved seats are only available as required for guests or graduates with mobility limitations or other needs. Guests who require a reserved seat will also be allowed one reserved companion seat.

The entire ceremony will be live captioned and sign language interpreters will be available. The captioned livestream will be available for guests enjoying the ceremony from home. The link will be available on the homepage of the Commencement website on May 24, 2024.
Wheelchair Availability
A VERY limited number of on-site wheelchairs will be available for transport within the ballpark. An Oracle Park Guest Services member will transport your guest to an accessible seat. We strongly recommend that if your guest has difficulty standing for more than 15 minutes or walking one to three city blocks that you consider bringing or renting a wheelchair on the day of the event.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating options are available throughout the ballpark in all view perspectives. In addition, all restrooms, ATMs, and counters at points of service at Oracle Park are accessible. Elevators are located at each of the four entrances to the ballpark. The elevators at Willie Mays Plaza and Second Street Plaza provide access to all levels of the park. The elevators at Lefty O'Doul and Seals Plaza provide access to the Promenade Level only. Guests with disabilities and their companions are given first priority for service at all elevators.
In addition, at Willie Mays Plaza there are three escalators, which move guests up before and during the ceremony and change direction at the start of the graduate processional to bring guests down after the ceremony. Guest services personnel are posted at each ballpark entrance to assist any guest requiring assistance in locating their seats and ballpark services.
Guest Services
Guest Services staff will be at each of the gates to provide complimentary use of a wheelchair for guests who need assistance getting to their seats. Simply ask a Giants employee at any gate and an attendant will meet you with a wheelchair. Reservations are not accepted. Please notify the nearest aisle attendance 15 minutes prior to departure to confirm a wheelchair is nearby and available for use.
ADA Parking
Operated by Imperial Parking, ADA Parking is available in all lots, but is subject to availability.
Accessibility Shuttle
The Oracle Park Accessibility Shuttle provides a free ride for those who need it between Lot A/Pier 48 and Oracle Park. The shuttle serves six stops within Lot A/Pier 48 and a ballpark stop at O’Doul Gate.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices are available at no charge upon request at the Guest Services Station located on the Promenade Level behind Home Plate. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification (e.g., valid driver's license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card) is required as a deposit.
Restrooms
There are 52 public restrooms (21 for men, 21 for women and 10 family) located on all levels throughout the ballpark. All public restrooms are accessible. Restrooms on the Promenade and View levels are painted yellow for easy identification, and all contain baby-changing tables.
